BROKERAGE

• Any employee that procures a lead to work with our brokerage to buy or sell

  • Steps to get bonus:

    • Make introductions to Brokerage Director

    • Follow up with lead once after introduction to check on the progress

    • Brokerage manager pays you bonus upon closing of the transaction

  • Payment

    • Flat fee of $500. To be paid by 6th Ave Homes; not the agent.

  • Stipulations

    • Will not receive bonus if the lead does not close

    • If you are a 6th Ave Guide, you do not qualify for this bonus.
