Part 1 - The soul behind our work - our mission focuses on the spiritual and physical restoration of our city, clients and team.
Part 2 - Every project we undertake should have style, substance and soul, for that which has soul arouses emotions and stirs affection.

Everything we do should have the end goal of seeing restoration. This includes houses and communities restored to what they once were, relationships restored and flourishing, neighborhoods improved, employee / employer relationships healthy and encouraging, and even seeing the way a business can operate restored with purpose and mission beyond just profit. Every aspect of our business and how we operate should be restorative in nature.

We love our community and want to see everything we do impact it in a positive way. As a team we talk about leaving the city we work in better than we found it. Pouring into it and not taking from it.

Our job is to serve our clients and ultimately do what is in their best interest. Our interests are secondary to theirs and we communicate in a way that places their needs and wants at the center. At the same time we are always looking for ways to make someone's experience better and constantly add more value. We are never content with where we are at from a value perspective, but working to increasingly add to what we can offer and “wow” our clients.
4) WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT DAILY GROWING STRONGER, SMARTER AND MORE SELFLESS.
We want to see our team members flourish personally and grow constantly. We encourage and challenge each other to grow stronger physically, mentally, professionally, and emotionally as leaders to pursue selflessness. Our intent is that this growth does not terminate on ourselves, but is used to give back and serve our community and those with whom we interact.
5) WE REJECT THE STATUS QUO AND ENCOURAGE INNOVATION.
We hate complacency and are always looking for ways to do what we do better. Our team members are encouraged to think outside of the box and innovate. As a company we pivot fast and often, always looking for ways to improve and find the “better way”.

We believe in hard work, integrity, honesty and traditional ethics. At the same time, we also love design, aesthetics, and embrace fun marketing and out of the box branding. While we embrace the past ethics of the generations before us we want our team to be on the forefront of culture.
7) WE VALUE PEOPLE AND PRINCIPLES OVER PROFITS.
We make decisions based on our principles and serving our clients; not just maximizing profit. In the end it’s about accomplishing our bigger mission, not making a quick buck at the expense of people.
8) WE BELIEVE FAITH AND FAMILY SHOULD COME FIRST AND ARE PRECIOUS GIFTS TO BE SAVORED. WE WILL ALWAYS CREATE MARGIN FOR BOTH.
We want to serve our clients, but we also want to serve our families well. We encourage margin and time off for our team members and want them to have a healthy work life balance. Our hope is to see our team thrive personally.
9) WE RELENTLESSLY PURSUE SIMPLICITY AND CLARITY BY MANAGING EXPECTATIONS WELL. BEING CLEAR IS KIND.
We believe we serve our clients well when we remove confusion and keep the process simple and stress free. Stress, tension and conflict is often avoided by simply managing expectations. Our clients should never be caught wondering what is going to happen next. We are clear and honest with our team and clients and are not afraid to be open about bad news or have hard conversations. Additionally we encourage our team to internally pursue simplicity and clarity so that they focus on the right priorities and goals.
10) WE INTENTIONALLY KEEP OUR TEAM SMALL AND CURATED, ALWAYS PARTNERING WITH AND REWARDING THE RIGHT PEOPLE.
It’s not about having the biggest team, but about having the best team. We hire and fire based on culture and mission.
11) WE ARE FANATICAL ABOUT HAVING FUN WHILE WE WORK AND DO NOT TAKE OURSELVES TOO SERIOUSLY.
We embrace the ethic work hard and play hard. We believe that you can have fun while you work and celebrate well when you succeed. We also work hard to keep egos in check and fight pride.
12) WE ARE FANS OF FEEDBACK. MISTAKES ARE OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW.
We believe mistakes can be gifts if we treat them as opportunities to learn. Our culture believes in being open, honest and transparent with our shortcomings and using them as lessons to grow, improve, and push forward. We are excited to both receive and give feedback and hold to the idea that to be clear is to be kind.
13) WE NEVER BRING A PROBLEM WITHOUT BRINGING AND TRYING AT LEAST ONE POSSIBLE SOLUTION.
We are problem solvers, not problem identifiers. We encourage critical thinking and a proactive approach to handling issues. While asking for help is encouraged, it must be done in the context of also thinking of solutions on your own. Before we bring an issue or problem to a team member, we first think of ways to solve it.
