6TH AVE HOMES TYPICAL REMODEL PRICING:

**All pricing below will vary greatly depending on level of finishes

• New Build Pricing - $190 - $225/ft

• Full Home Remodel - $190 - $230/ft (completely gut the entire home)

• Master Suite Additions - $190 - $230/ft

• Attic Conversions - $185 - $220/ft

• Kitchen

  • Full Remodel - Full Gut and Move Walls, Electrical, and Plumbing

    • 250 sq ft - $50,000 - $80,000

    • 250 sq ft or more - $65,000 - $120,000

  • Face Lift - Cabinets, General Cosmetic, Some Appliances

    • $35,000 - $55,000

• Master Bath Remodel - $35,000 - $50,000

• Regular Bath Remodel - $25,000 - $35,000

DEEPER DIVE INTO SPECIFIC REPAIRS:

• New HVAC and Ductwork - $8,000 - $12,500 per unit

• Moving Water Heater to Attic - $3,500 - $5,000 (New Tankless Water Heater - $3,500)

• Demo and Install New Roof - EX: 3,000 sqft home with ridge vent - $19,000

• Spray Foam Insulation - $6.00 / sq ft (Nominal 6” open cell for roof deck)

• Take down a wall and frame, trim, and paint new opening - $6,000 - $8,000

• Wood Flooring (demo, install, sand and stain) - $14/sq ft

  • Refinish Existing Floors - $6 / ft (Handscraped w/ grain, stain w/ 2 coats poly)

• Tile (demo, materials, and install) - $15 - $20 per sq ft

COST PLUS PRICING AND ADVANTAGES:

Cost Plus is just what it sounds like. We take the cost of the material, labor, and resources we pay to complete your project, and then put a markup (profit) on top. We will turn in the receipts and invoices we pay throughout the project so you can see exactly where your money is going. 

Advantages of Cost Plus

• Full transparency…. You know exactly what we pay and what we are making.

• We don’t charge for change orders. You want something different? Ask! If it costs more, you pay that amount; if it’s cheaper, you save money.

• If we are able to come under bid on the overall project, that’s money in your pocket. We don’t keep the difference.
